Marcia Dean has been involved in community development for over 25 years. After a successful career advocating for low-income housing in Chicago, she moved to Springfield to continue her education at the University of Illinois Springfield. Marcia is currently working on a project with Faith Ministries International to provide a jobs program outfitting shipping container homes for low and moderate income families.
